PETER GIRGIS

Peter Girgis was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. A graduate of California State University Dominguez HIlls, he has worked in the physical fitness industry for 8 years. After six years, he founded Maximize Athletic Performance to help individuals reach their wellness goals. He works with a variety of clients ranging from professionals, college athletes, younger students, and occasionally those who he affectionately calls his weekend warriors. In addition to strength and conditioning, has a passion for helping his clients with recovery so that they may feel like their best selves. When he’s not at the gym, Peter enjoys traveling and spending time with his loved ones.

Chris Frontanez

Chris Frontanez

Chris Frontanez is the Director of Sports Performance at Maximize Athletic Performance. A veteran in the field, he has certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Rapsodo (baseball/softball hitting and pitching). Chris is passionate about helping clients reach their goals and develop healthy habits to maintain long-term success. Additionally, he is committed to helping individuals take charge of their lives by introducing them to the important connection between physical health and mental well-being. He’s known for often encouraging clients with his famous line, “Push through! Go get it! Go Get it!”. In his spare time, Chris enjoys attending music festivals and eating his grandma’s cooking.
