Meal plan service, simple photo food journaling, and the option to integrate My Fitness Pal. You can now have your workouts and nutrition all in one place. This simple method will allow you to track your everyday progress to stay motivated and obtain your goals. - Mobility Warm Up:
We will provide a customized warm up that will get your body primed to MAXIMIZE the way you feel on a daily basis. You will also be able to ask questions or send videos conveniently within the app to confirm that you’re doing the exercises safely and correctly.
Fitness routine:
With each program you will receive a routine that provides voiceover videos explaining the exercises in depth. Additionally, you will have a stopwatch to track the timing of exercise and rest periods and a calendar so you can see what the workouts planned for the next few days or weeks ahead.

Yes, you can connect your Apple Watch to our mobile app. By connecting your Apple Watch, you can track your workouts, monitor your heart rate, and receive notifications on your wrist. To connect your Apple Watch, simply open the mobile app and follow the instructions in the settings menu to pair your device. Once connected, you can seamlessly track your fitness data and stay motivated to reach your fitness goals.
First off, exercise should never hurt. If something hurts, don’t do it. If one of my clients has an injury, I refer them to a physical therapist and/or doctor to treat that injury and then we work AROUND the injury, not through it. The same goes for you! Seek medical help from a qualified professional and then when it comes to the workouts, focus on what you CAN do rather than what you can’t do.
Yes, you can definitely reduce the rest periods. However, ensure that you aren’t rushing the workout and that you’re at least mostly recovered when you do your sets. I intentionally made the rest periods a bit longer than you might be used to because I want to counteract the urge to speed through the workout in an attempt to make it into cardio. So, if I recommend 60 or 90 seconds of rest between exercises you don’t necessarily need to wait that whole time, but I don’t want you flying through each exercise without resting at all. If you finish a set and are immediately ready for the next set, I’d say you might not have pushed yourself hard enough on the set.
